How is my package delivered?
Packages vary in size depending on the quantity, material and size of the products. All items will be boxed unless notified otherwise. We use various courier companies, the choice of which is dependent on the products ordered. If you order more than one product type, these may be delivered separately. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. If there is nobody present to sign, your order will be taken back to the courier depot and a card will be left with a number for you to contact to arrange a free re-delivery.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. If a failed delivery is the result of incorrect information, the customer will be required to pay for the redelivery cost.
How much will I pay for shipping?
Delivery is calculated automatically at checkout and is determined by the weight, quantity, type and/or size of your order, and your delivery address. Postage will be calculated once all of your shipping information has been entered at checkout and before confirming your order.
Do I need to pay duty and taxes?
For Goods supplied within the Commonwealth of Australia, GST and all local import duties and taxes are the responsibility of Hubbub Pty Ltd. For Goods supplied in all other countries, GST is excluded from the order and the Purchaser is liable for all local import duties, taxes and fees applicable to the country of destination. Furthermore, additional delivery charges may apply to certain countries so please ask before ordering.
How long until I receive my items?
This really depends on what you have ordered. Stock items will be delivered within 2-5 days. Non-stock items may take up to 16 weeks depending on the product and origin. Incoming stock may also be reserved. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you require more information regarding lead time for a specific product. For non-stock and incoming items, we can take a 50% deposit to secure your items, with the balance due within 4 weeks after the order arrives into our warehouse and before final delivery. The deposit will be non-refundable. If the balance payment is not made on an item four weeks after it has arrived, we reserve the right to cancel your order and your deposit will be forfeited.
What happens if I am not home at the moment of delivery?
If you are not home at the time of delivery, a card will be left with instructions regarding a re-delivery, and the order taken back to the logistics warehouse. It is up to the customer to contact the logistics company using the details on the card in order to rearrange the delivery time to one that better suits you, generally the next working day. Alternatively, it may also be possible to arrange collection from the logistics depot if that is more suitable. You can discuss this with the operator when calling the numbers provided.
