Description
Less is more with Synnes Chair, a distinctively modern take on the classic Scandinavian dining chair from one of the region’s most exciting young designers, Falke Svatun.
The chair came to life when the Norwegian had the idea of inserting a sheet of plywood into the seat, with a curved backrest to maximize sturdiness.

Natural Oak or Solid Painted Ash.

Falke Svatun
Falke Svatun Lirhus grew up in Åsgårdstrand, Norway and graduated from our very own University of Technology, Sydney (2011) with a BA of Industrial Design. In 2014 he established Falke Svatun Studio in Oslo before creating the Synnes Chair for Menu the following year.
